Services

Our nursing services include, but are not limited to:  medication management, IV therapy, ostomy care, wound care, dressing changes, catheter care, lab draws, diabetic care, disease process, patient and caregiver education, and any other skilled service as ordered by your physician.

Our physical therapists will apply balance and gait training programs to restore your range of motion, strength and endurance through the use of therapeutic exercises. The most commonly treated conditions: stroke/neurological disorders, joint replacements, visual impairments, post-traumatic injuries, arthritis, amputation, head injury, spinal cord injury, fractures and developmental delays.

Occupational therapists will help to maximize your functional independence within your home.  They will provide you and/or your caregiver with proper therapeutic techniques to recover or improve the skills that you need for all activities of daily living, and can provide equipment recommendations and education. 

Our speech therapists are able to assess and treat swallowing disorders, provide restorative techniques for memory and cognition, and can facilitate improvement with communication skills.
